The Design and Construct process is a vehicle to deliver a lower cost architectural service to the client through the builder taking on the project management responsibilities of the three parties involved: namely the home owner, the architect and the builder.
The process will suit clients who are after high end architectural design and an award winning home, at an economical architectural fee cost.
MONDO ARCHITECTS work directly with the client throughout the design and documentation process, and with the builder, ensuring delivery is within budget and timeframe. The process will not suit clients who are essentially designing their own home and require only drafting services and a small amount of design input.
