Adaptable housing
Adaptable Housing - Homes for now and the future.

The concept of 'adaptable housing' is based around the idea that a house can be modified with minimal cost to suit the changing needs of its residents. Adaptable houses are designed to be accessible for everybody, irrespective of age, mobility and health status.

Owners of adaptable homes will generally find that the resale value of their property increases. This is due to the fact that the modifications made to the home allow it to accommodate a wider variety of people and adaptable housing principles can be incorporated into a home's design at very affordable rates - for as little as 2% of the construction costs.

Here at mondo living we recognise the importance of accommodating the needs of an ageing population and are currently designing a specific group of homes to cater for this market.
