| Construction drawings |
Every mondo living home design is supported by a full set of standard construction drawings prepared by MONDO ARCHITECTS. At the request of the licensee/builder, plans can be modified to suit particular sites and any minor modifications can also be made. Providing we have all the necessary information on the home from the licensee, plans are delivered in a guaranteed five (5) working days.
Construction drawings for a site will generally include:
- Tie down and bracing plan (if required, and only in non-cyclonic regions)
- Other construction details
- General construction specification
Some builders may require more (or less) documentation than in a general set of construction drawings, so we tailor each set to specifically suit the needs of the builder, the materials and construction methods used by that builder, and the region in which the home is being built.
Although normally undertaken by the builder, MONDO ARCHITECTS can also arrange landscape design, energy efficiency certification and engineering design of foundations, slabs and other structural elements. |
