mondo living provides access to innovative home designs, along with the necessary supporting documentation, all at a fraction of the cost of personally commissioning an architect.
For the past three decades, MONDO ARCHITECTS - one of Australia's most advanced design studios - has created all of the mondo living designs and products. In an attempt to even further diversify our portfolio, we've recently begun sourcing additional designs from other exceptional studios also able to offer cutting edge housing solutions.
In order to access all of our amazing designs and supporting material, you'll need to become a licensee. There are no joining fees and, unlike a franchising arrangement, licensees only pay for the information they use through this non-exclusive licensing system.

Licensees have access to the entire mondo living online resources library, including designs, brochures, artwork and other collateral material, all of which is available for immediate download and use. Standard construction drawings for each design, as well as additional materials to assist with sales, administration, marketing, documentation and construction, are also available at competitive market rates.
Additionally, we're able to assist with the presentation of the product, providing licensees with signage, interiors, display home presentation, sales office design and sales materials.
