If you're interested in becoming a MONDO Living licensee, or in knowing more about becoming one, please complete the form on this page and we'll contact you directly by phone.
There is a number of different types of licensee:
1. A registered builder who holds a blanket Design Licence Agreement from MONDO Living to use any of our designs.
2. A registered builder, owner builder, or member of the public who uses a MONDO Living design under a single-use Design License Agreement.
3. A developer who holds a blanket Design License Agreement to use any of our designs and who, if not a registered builder themselves, uses registered builders to build the designs.
4. A marketing firm that holds a MONDO Living Marketing Agreement to sell any of the designs. These firms must use a MONDO Living licensed builder either already within the program or introduced to the program by the agent.
